My first project in Vodafone was to create their entire youth brand's website.
I created the e-commerce of mobile phones and plans as well as marketing pages from scratch. All in a mobile first approach.
The goal was to engage existing customers and acquire new ones with simplified plans showcase and the offer of devices through PayPal, a well established brand within the youth segment.
A couple of iterations later we came up with final design for the MVP
In addition to the conversion rate, we were also very focused on the Cart Abandonment Rate, which is very high in telephone companies, especially when there are telephone devices in the cart.
We exceeded Vodafone's conversion rate, as well as decreased the cart abandonment rate. According to these figures, our design was going in the right direction.
